胡正教授

胡正,吉林大学第一医院,教授,博士生导师,入选国家高层次青年人才;任吉林大学器官再造与移植教育部重点实验室副主任,免疫学研究所副主任。中国科学技术大学本科(2005)、博士(2010),中国科学技术大学/美国哈佛大学医学院MGH联合培养博士(2008-2011),美国哥伦比亚大学博士后(2011-2013)。主要研究领域包括:人源化动物模型、人类细胞/器官再造与异种移植、免疫调节与转化免疫;获得中科院A类先导专项、国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目等项目资助;以第一作者或通讯作者在Blood, Cell Mol Immunol, Stem Cell Reports, J Immunol, Transplantation等杂志发表论文20余篇,共发表SCI论文28篇,被引用900余次;获吉林省科技成果转化贡献奖(2021年),吉林省自然科学一等奖(2022年;第三完成人)。

研究方向

(1)人源化小鼠疾病动物模型研究:研发细胞、组织、器官高度人源化的小鼠模型,准确模拟人类疾病发生和药物/疗法临床前评价。

(2)人源化猪生物反应器研究:研发具有人类细胞、器官高水平嵌合的人源化猪生物反应器,实现人类细胞产品规模化制备,及人源功能器官的制造

(3)移植免疫及异种器官移植研究:研究同种异体及异种细胞/器官移植排斥的基本规律,研发基因编辑猪器官异种移植新策略。
